For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Transformation Services to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This leader will build and scale a new transformation capability that helps clients redesign customer operations and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The role will shape repeatable offerings, combine AI-enabled solutions with human expertise, and influence revenue and strategic direction.
It will also partner closely with C-suite stakeholders, internal experts, and cross-functional teams to turn complex operational challenges into executable transformation programs.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually
Responsibilities
Define and launch a focused portfolio of transformation offerings
Create repeatable methodologies and standards for client engagements
Build a team of experts and lead initial transformation projects
Diagnose complex customer operations and prioritize transformation agendas
Redesign customer operations to combine AI and human expertise effectively
Ensure recommended transformations are integrated into real operations
Lead the business solution architecture for transformation-led opportunities
Qualifications
12+ years of relevant experience in transforming customer operations and delivering measurable outcomes
Experience advising C-suite clients and translating ambiguity into clear decisions
Proven ability to build new capabilities and create repeatable offerings
Strong commercial instincts with experience in shaping and influencing revenue or P&L
Ability to architect integrated solutions across various services and technologies
Fluency in AI and customer experience technology ecosystem
Exceptional executive communication and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
